I plan and monitor routes using SimpliRoute, GeoTab and Navisaf, and track delivery performance and exceptions.
I create Power BI dashboards and Excel KPI reports to improve visibility into delivery performance, rejection rates and operational trends. As an independent BI & Operations Consultant, I design dashboards and automated workflows for healthcare, retail and academic services, using Power BI, Power Query and Google Sheets.
