I’m a Data Analyst with solid experience in data analysis, scripting, and IT operations within enterprise environments. I manage internal projects with structured planning and coordination, ensuring deadlines, KPIs, and SLAs are met through data-driven insights. I’m proficient in automation using PowerShell and data handling with SQL, while supporting software deployment and system management.

In my current role at Kirey Srl, I analyze data to support decision-making and performance improvement, develop PowerShell scripts for automation and system operations, and manage software releases across system and production environments. I monitor KPIs and SLAs, use ServiceNow for incident, request, and change management, and troubleshoot systems to perform root cause analysis. I also collaborate cross-functionally using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a clear focus on efficiency, problem-solving, and process optimization—contributing to digital transformation and AI-related initiatives while continuing my Master’s in Management of Digital Transition.
