At eGlue Srl (DWIT), I own product requirements and functional specs for a core CRM redesign at a major retail bank, aligning the roadmap between Strategic Marketing and IT engineering. I’m also the Technical Lead for a bank referral campaign initiative, designing its data architecture on GCP and managing development and supplier releases.
At Iconsulting S.p.A., I designed and maintained ETL pipelines across five business domains for a pharma client and built Power BI reports for more than 500 active users. Earlier, at Leroy Merlin Italy Srl (ADEO Group), I worked on a GCP Data Mesh initiative, building dbt transformation models and Looker dashboards with data quality checks.
