Engineered a real-time voice AI agent (streaming ASR, RAG-grounded LLM, TTS) over a custom SIP/RTP stack, live with a national telecom. Delivered 15+ causal impact evaluations for USAID, the World Bank, ADB and MCC. Also built speaker diarisation, media monitoring and call-centre analytics.

Built the Project Monitoring System for the Modern Skills for Better Jobs Sector Development Program, generating systematic data on programme inputs, outputs and impact indicators. Developed dashboards tracking vocational-education KPIs across institutions, enabling data-driven policy decisions, and defined measurable targets with automated reporting workflows for programme stakeholders.

Conducted end-term evaluation for the Georgian Farmers’ Association, focusing on monitoring and evaluation processes to assess project outcomes.

Designed and shipped a production user-classification model automating segmentation of panel members across partner platforms (Dynata, Toluna). Built a unified Python backend integrating external partner APIs and internal sources into one analytics-ready platform, and developed automated SQL and Python pipelines that removed manual processing.
