Giorgi Burduli

I'm the co-founder and CEO of Vimstar and Mimirex, building an international learning and development company and a real-time video consultation marketplace for domain-specific experts.

Through Georgian Progress Group, I've delivered official government and private events, advised dozens of small and medium businesses, and led more than 1,000 hours of individual and team development programs. I also co-created and co-host Mazeg Podcast, where professionals and leaders discuss the future and social and technological change.

At Adjara Group, I helped champion growth that increased assets by 400%, directed projects including Rooms Hotels, Fabrika Hostel, Stamba, Lolita, Air Taxi, Udabno, and Intercontinental Tbilisi, and developed 2,600 employees. At Caucasus University, I created and managed CUnicorn, the country's leading university startup pre-acceleration program.

I've also managed an EU social entrepreneurship portfolio supporting up to 40 social enterprises, taught leadership, management, entrepreneurship, and business communication, and worked across government, consulting, investment forums, and media. My work brings together business development, innovation, organizational culture, coaching, and public-sector leadership.
