At York Holding Group, I lead Corporate Services and Human Capital, covering Human Capital, Legal, IT, Administration and Business Excellence. I also serve on the Transformation 2026 Steering Committee, driving people adoption and supporting company-wide transformation across CRM, AI and digital solutions.
Across real estate, healthcare, hospitality and the public sector, I’ve built teams and HR functions, developed organizational structures and supported workforce planning, performance and reward. My work has included building a new team for Tbilisi Public Service Hall, high-volume recruitment at Evolution, and supporting a 12,000-employee, 72-clinic network at Evex Medical.
