For more than 20 years, I've built, launched, and transformed businesses across hospitality, retail, logistics, events, and financial services. I've led operations with full P&L responsibility, managed teams of more than 100 people, launched new concepts, rebuilt underperforming departments, and consistently delivered sustainable profitability.

As General Manager of Porto Franco, I helped grow revenue more than 3× while improving operational efficiency, rebuilding service standards, and developing high-performing teams across kitchen, service, administration, sales, and marketing. Alongside executive leadership, I founded Guda Toys, building a retail business from the ground up with more than 120 SKUs, supplier partnerships, and both physical and digital sales channels.
I also design and teach professional dispatching programs, helping new logistics professionals become job-ready through practical, real-world training.

What makes me different is the combination of operational leadership and strategic creativity. I don't separate business strategy from customer experience or brand identity.
