What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a guest-facing role in hospitality, events, or customer support where I can work in a fast-paced multicultural environment, help people feel welcome, and share Italian traditions abroad.

I've supported guests and residents at Reception Center “Conca del Sole” in Perugia, responding promptly to needs and handling challenging situations calmly while working with a multidisciplinary team.

Across Hotel I Loggi, EDLAB in the Netherlands, and Umbria Jazz Festival, I've managed reservations, served guests, supported public events, and coordinated logistics. I'm passionate about sharing Italian traditions abroad and bring fluent Spanish, C1 English, and a strong service mindset.
