At Bonfiglioli S.p.A., I own a portfolio of 5–7 new-product programs for e-mobility and material-handling OEMs, spanning technical specification through start of production. I coordinate teams across three plants and manage programs representing approximately EUR 20M in annual revenue.
I closed three design phases and delivered two customer programs on schedule for the world's largest material-handling OEM and the global leader in aerial work platforms. I also designed and rolled out a project-tracking dashboard now used across the PMO, replacing a manually maintained PowerPoint report.
Before becoming Project Manager, I worked as an Application Engineer at Bonfiglioli S.p.A., defining and validating drivetrain solutions for global OEMs in wind, material handling, and e-mobility. I translated customer requirements into technical specifications and acted as the technical interface with internal R&D, testing, and quality teams.
Earlier, as a Production Engineer at Grillo S.p.A., I planned and scheduled assembly-line production using Sage X3 ERP. My background combines electronic engineering with project management, and I hold PMP certification.
