I'm leading Argotec's Products Development Team, defining product and project charters, roadmaps, constraints, risks, schedules, and budgets for electrical products and CubeSat and small-satellite initiatives.

Previously at Italdesign, I managed high-budget projects across the whole vehicle building process, from customer RfQs and feasibility assessments to cost forecasting, offers, profit margins, workshop workload, and resource planning. I've also negotiated with customers and coordinated suppliers, purchasing, transport, and internal technical teams.

As a Project Engineer at Italdesign, I monitored production planning, analyzed timing risks, organized workshop layouts, scheduled activities, evaluated procurement and operational resources, and acted as a technical interface with suppliers.

I bring an MSc in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and a goal-oriented approach to technical analysis, strategic planning, cost control, and operational excellence.
