What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead and mentor multidisciplinary care teams, expand patient- and family-centered care, and drive quality and process improvement through evidence-based education, safety initiatives, and data-driven decision making.

I’m a Senior Nurse Manager with extensive leadership experience in critical care, focused on patient safety, quality outcomes, and staff engagement. I lead multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement while driving operational excellence through strong communication, education, and process improvement.

At AdventHealth for Children, I manage staffing, scheduling, and departmental budgets, and I lead system-wide and regulatory initiatives. I’m also skilled in staff development, resource optimization, and fostering patient- and family-centered care models that expand to home health.

Earlier in my career, I served as a PCICU Nurse Educator, integrating evidence-based practice into education and building orientation and training programs. I’ve also provided specialized ECMO care in high-acuity settings and started as a Pediatric Cardiac ICU RN/Charge RN, strengthening my clinical and operational foundation across pediatrics.
