Peyton Janssen

At St. Mary's Medical Center and Palm Beach Children's Hospital, I provide direct care for critically ill and medically complex pediatric patients in a Level I Trauma Center PICU. I manage high-acuity medical, surgical, neurologic, and trauma patients requiring vasopressors, transfusions, emergency intubation, tracheostomy care, invasive monitoring, and postoperative support.

I'm trusted to serve as Charge Nurse, precept and mentor nurses, and respond on Code Blue and Rapid Response teams. I bring strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and patient- and family-centered care to multidisciplinary teams while supporting organ donation patients and rapidly changing critical-care needs.
