As a Registered Nurse with over seven years of experience, I have dedicated my career to providing high-quality patient care in fast-paced environments. My journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mount Carmel College of Nursing, where I developed a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices. Since then, I have honed my skills in various roles, including my current position in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Nationwide Children's Hospital.

In my role at Nationwide Children's Hospital, I have excelled in delivering direct patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans, and mentoring new nurses. My commitment to patient education and advocacy has empowered families to manage their health effectively. Additionally, my experience as an RN Case Manager at Ripple Life Care Planning has further enhanced my ability to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes through evidence-based practices.
