What I'm looking for

I am seeking leadership roles in nursing where I can manage clinical teams, improve patient outcomes, and drive staff development in pediatric or med/surg settings.

I am a nursing leader with progressive clinical and administrative experience across pediatric, med/surg, NICU, and academic settings. I hold a Master of Science in Nursing Administration and current KY nursing licensure with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, and I have led recruitment, clinical instruction, and unit management roles.

My recent roles include Director of Med/Surg & Peds and Nursing Recruiter/Advisor, where I oversaw onboarding across multi-county programs and coordinated clinical operations and staffing. I bring demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, maintain multi-state licensure for tele-triage, and improve care delivery in high-acuity pediatric environments.
