What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to lead clinical operations, quality improvement, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and workforce development initiatives that create scalable, sustainable improvements in high-acuity care.

I've led Level III and IV NICU operations at Children's Health Dallas, William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital, Medical City Dallas, and Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital Texas Medical Center. I coordinate high-acuity admissions, staffing, patient flow, multidisciplinary care, and complex neonatal resuscitation while strengthening safe, timely execution.

I've advanced clinical governance, root-cause analysis, QAPI, accreditation readiness, and technology adoption, including implementation of the Advanced Modality Nursing Team for ECMO, Aquadex, and CARPEDIEM. I also train and mentor clinical teams, standardize workflows, and translate regulatory and operational challenges into sustainable improvements for patient safety and outcomes.
