My role involves processing both domestic and foreign wire transfers, ensuring compliance with BSA/AML/OFAC regulations, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Prior to my current position, I served as a CSR/Head Teller from 2010 to 2015, where I honed my skills in daily balancing and auditing, managing teller currency levels, and training new staff.
