What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer service or financial operations role where I can support clients, process account transactions accurately, and use strong communication and organizational skills.

At E*TRADE from Morgan Stanley, I supported customers with account information, website and app navigation, products, and services.

I processed wire, intrafirm, and ACH transfers while verifying client information carefully to help prevent potential fraud. I spoke with more than 10 customers each day and addressed concerns with clear communication.

Previously, at Advantage Architectural Metals, I coordinated office operations and consulted with more than 100 customers monthly by email, phone, and in person.

I managed payroll for 10 employees, oversaw filing for 80 checks each month, and maintained two company bank accounts. My training through Year Up strengthened my business, financial, Excel, and professional communication skills.
