What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue owning complex programs end-to-end—managing regulatory compliance, reporting, and claim administration—while coordinating across legal, medical, and regulatory stakeholders to resolve matters accurately, on time, and with improved workflows.

I’m an Operations and Program Management professional with nearly 10 years of experience managing complex insurance operations, regulatory compliance, litigation coordination, and cross-functional business processes. I’m recognized for taking ownership, solving complex problems independently, improving workflows, and ensuring critical work gets completed accurately and on time.

Since 2023, I’ve served as the sole administrator responsible for Travelers’ nationwide Federal Black Lung claims and lifetime federal benefit program. I independently oversee approximately 320 active claims while managing Department of Labor compliance, annual federal reporting, Pennsylvania statutory requirements, and operational execution.

In this role, I administer the annual Department of Labor CM-908 benefit adjustment process and direct annual Pennsylvania Black Lung Stat Plan reporting and compliance. I coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, insureds, claimants, and regulatory agencies to resolve complex claim and litigation matters, interpreting complex federal regulations, medical evidence, and legal documentation to support compliant claim administration.

I’ve also built strong claims and case-support expertise as a Commercial Auto Physical Damage Claim Adjuster (2021–2023) and in legal support roles (2020–2021). Across positions, I’ve managed high-volume caseloads, coordinated inspections/appraisals/repairs, negotiated settlements, maintained comprehensive documentation, and established appropriate reserves while upholding quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
