I’m a detail-oriented graduate of Peace and Conflict Resolution (B.Sc., Federal University of Oye-Ekiti), with practical experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and HR administration. As an NYSC Corps Member at Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency (DSVA), I supported mediation sessions through note-taking, scheduling, and follow-up coordination. I also conducted preliminary case assessments and maintained accurate, confidential case records aligned with legal and ethical standards.

I bring a victim-centered, professional approach to conflict management while also supporting day-to-day HR operations. I assisted with recruitment processes, managed personnel files and contracts, supported staff onboarding and orientation, and helped coordinate training and HR reporting activities. I’ve also led teams as a kitchen and bakery supervisor—supervising staff performance, managing inventory and service quality, and mentoring staff—so I can contribute to both dispute resolution and organizational efficiency with empathy and discretion.
