What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR-focused role where I can support recruitment, employee development, personnel administration, and positive workplace relationships in an organized, fast-paced team.

At Global Citizenship Foundation, I supervised 25 employees, coordinated recruitment and onboarding for 15 hires, and maintained confidential personnel records for 50 staff members.

I organize staff training and development programmes, resolve workplace grievances through communication and mediation, and keep departmental objectives on track. My leadership experience includes serving twice as President of DLCF at Federal University Dutsin-Ma, as a NYSC Corps Camp Director, and as a Corps Editor.
