I seek a role using negotiation, client liaison, and CRM skills in a collaborative, outcome-driven team where I can grow and deliver measurable results.

I am a travel and tourism graduate with hands-on experience in client-facing operations and cross-cultural communication gained through internships across Vietnam and formal roles in financial and legal negotiation. I combine language proficiency and analytical judgment to achieve favorable outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

As a Strategic Negotiator in Financial & Legal Affairs, I managed high-volume portfolios, liaised between clients, law firms and creditors to negotiate case resolutions, and used CRM tools to monitor settlement pipelines and improve operational efficiency. I also performed quality control on educational content and evaluated teaching effectiveness to support continuous improvement.
