What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow as a Business Development and Recruitment professional, using my client outreach and talent-sourcing skills to build lasting partnerships and support organizational success.

At Intern Connect Vietnam, I progressed from a part-time Business Development Intern to Recruitment Manager, working with hotel and agency partners across Australia, New Zealand, the UAE, Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore. I handled international outreach, negotiated partnership terms, and coordinated with hotel HR teams on placement requirements.

As Recruitment Manager, I took ownership of candidate sourcing, client communication, and placement coordination. I also built university relationships to identify candidates for hospitality internship programs, drawing on my academic training in Strategic Human Resource Management.
