What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my technical training, Cisco VoIP, networking, Linux, and customer support experience in a role where I can improve engineer performance, customer experience, and technical knowledge.

At Foundever Colombia, I deliver technical training for newly onboarded engineers preparing for CCNA and Network Essentials certifications. I create SCORM-based e-learning modules with Rise 360 and PowerPoint, reinforce Python and Linux fundamentals, and coach engineers on customer communication.

Previously, I provided Tier 1 support for enterprise VoIP environments, troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications Manager, IP telephony, switches, routers, and network connectivity issues. I supported customers bilingually in English and Spanish while using Linux and Python for troubleshooting and analysis.

I also bring internal IT support, service desk automation, network infrastructure support, and customer service experience.
