What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue solving complex Cisco enterprise networking challenges, with opportunities to deepen my work in wireless, automation, SD-WAN, and ACI while supporting strong service quality and team development.

At Foundever, I deliver Tier 2 support for Cisco enterprise wireless and network-management environments, including AireOS, Catalyst 9800, Prime Infrastructure, MSE, and CMX.

I troubleshoot routing, switching, wireless authentication, RF interference, AP connectivity, and Linux-based Cisco platforms across IOS, IOS-XE, and Nexus environments. I also proactively monitor capacity and performance to prevent service-impacting failures.

I design and automate REST API tests in Postman, working with Swagger/OpenAPI specifications, JSON, authentication methods, and GET, POST, PUT, and DELETE requests.

I've maintained a 100% CSAT score, mentored Tier 1 engineers, managed escalations, and prioritized work to support SLA compliance. I'm continuing to build my knowledge of Cisco SD-WAN and Application Centric Infrastructure.
