At AIV (accademia italiana videogiochi), I managed and organized administrative data using MS Office and Google Workspace, and supported front desk operations and customer inquiries.
I handled communication flows, official announcements, and corporate email channels and contact lists through Mailchimp. I also created visual content for internal communications and presentations using Figma, Photoshop, and Canva.
As a Technical Tutor at AIV, I coordinated instructional workflows and technical activities for student groups, including training in Maya, Photoshop, and Rhinoceros. I worked with supervisors, instructors, and tutors on scheduling and project milestones.
Earlier, I taught computer fundamentals at Liceo Scientifico Margherita HACK, including Microsoft Office and network management. My training includes a UI/UX Design certificate from Aulab and a degree in Architecture’s Technology from Sapienza.
