What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support organizational operations by maintaining high system availability and network security, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering efficient support to end users.

At Bank AL Habib, I provide end-to-end IT support to enterprise staff, resolving daily technical, system, and operational issues. I install and maintain Windows 10/11, Microsoft Outlook, and MS Office, and manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory.

I previously provided Level 1 and Level 2 support at Sybrid, where I tracked and resolved helpdesk tickets and diagnosed software and basic network issues. My experience also includes LAN/WAN troubleshooting, hardware maintenance, and printer and scanner setup.
