I’m a customer service professional with experience handling real-time customer needs through phone and live chat. I take pride in communicating professionally and resolving issues efficiently, including billing concerns and scheduling next steps.
In my most recent role as a Remote Customer Service Rep, I completed tasks via phone and live chats, handled billing issues, and set appointments. I also recommended and sold packages and products to potential and new customers while maintaining a consistent, customer-first tone.
Before customer support, I brought a strong work ethic from manufacturing and education. I collaborated on an assembly line to assemble and weld parts correctly, learning SOP modules and assembling fuel injectors according to policy before sending parts to the next line.
