I am a motivated and dependable professional with experience in youth development and education. I currently work as an After-School Mentor, where I support elementary-aged students by providing academic assistance, leading structured activities, and maintaining a safe and positive environment. I also have experience as an Assistant Teacher, where I supported classroom instruction and helped students with their academic needs. Additionally, I worked as a Counselor-in-Training with the Central Massachusetts YMCA, where I assisted with camp activities and group supervision.
Through these roles, I have developed strong skills in communication, organization, teamwork, and behavior management. I am passionate about helping others, creating supportive environments, and contributing to team success.
