What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst role where I can understand how an area works, identify where time is lost, and define practical solutions.

At Zaiko Agencia Digital, I developed a conversational AI agent for customer service on WhatsApp, integrating n8n, GPT, and the company CRM.

I also automated weekly Meta Ads campaign reports with AI-assisted content, reducing a recurring manual task, and collaborated on integrating lead data into analytics dashboards.

I work with user areas to understand their needs and define the scope of each automation. I'm looking for work where I can understand how a team operates, find where time is being lost, and design the solution — whether that sits under automation, systems integration, or business analysis.
