I’m an Operations Analyst specializing in automation and AI-powered workflows, with a focus on translating operational data into clear, actionable dashboards. I build systems that replace informal processes with traceable, scalable operations.

In my current role, I configured and deployed Odoo ERP from scratch—loading supplier catalogs, product formulas (BOM), master production planning, and lead times—to enable proactive purchasing and eliminate WhatsApp/email-based procurement. I also designed and trained an AI-powered WhatsApp customer service assistant (Burbuxa), including communication guidelines, tone standards, and conversation tagging for clean human handoff.

To drive measurable outcomes, I built automated messaging flows for abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase follow-up, review requests, and win-back campaigns—launching 80+ automated sequences in the initial rollout. I trained the assistant on brand information and real customer FAQ data to improve accuracy and reduce unnecessary escalations.

Beyond operations and AI, I develop visibility through Power BI and Tableau dashboards for sales, customer behavior, and cost evolution. Previously, as a Sales Intern at ABB, I supported technical-commercial proposals, cost analysis, and pipeline visibility in Salesforce—strengthening my ability to connect operations to commercial decision-making.
