I’m a computer science student at Arts, Sciences, and Technology University In Lebanon (AUL), and I build practical skills through real technical work. I enjoy diagnosing issues quickly, keeping systems running smoothly, and improving the customer experience.

In my role as a Technician at Multilane, I deliver technical support by troubleshooting and resolving customer problems in a timely and efficient manner. I also maintain and monitor equipment and software systems, and I use customer feedback to find improvement opportunities and support service quality initiatives.

I’ve complemented this work with hands-on technical and operational tasks, including assembling and soldering ICs, microchips, resistors, and capacitors on PCBAs. I also created training resources to onboard and guide new technicians, helping the team ramp up faster.

Previously, as a Staff member at Brothersnet, I supported customers with technical setups and troubleshooting for a gaming lounge. I also managed accurate data entry and record-keeping for operational workflows, and I continue growing through programming projects like C++ systems and a Snake game website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
