What I'm looking for
Having relocated to Taiwan in October 2024, I am eager to leverage my unique skill set in a dynamic, forward-thinking company. My experience as an IT Administrator has equipped me with valuable expertise in customer support and troubleshooting complex technical issues. Over the past half year, I have dedicated myself to teaching English, learning Chinese, and enhancing my Linux administration skills in preparation for the LFCS exam.
In my previous role as a Junior System Administrator at Vanderstorm Ventures GmbH, I was an integral member of the internal IT Department. I was responsible for the administration of systems in Azure, AWS, and on-premise environments. I led projects aimed at modernizing the IT environment, ensuring seamless operations, and provided user support while managing documentation processes. My hands-on experience as an IT Support Specialist and during my apprenticeship has further solidified my ability to resolve IT incidents effectively and communicate with users efficiently.
