What I'm looking for

I’m looking to expand my technical experience in IT support and networking—where I can troubleshoot quickly, document clearly, and help maintain high-performance Windows and network environments while growing with real infrastructure challenges.

I’m a dedicated IT professional and Cloud/Network Engineering student who blends hands-on troubleshooting with structured technical instruction. I’ve supported high-performance Windows environments and helped learners succeed by translating complex concepts into clear, practical guidance.

In my STEM (Coding) Teacher role, I troubleshoot software and hardware configuration issues for Windows tools used by hundreds of students, including Sprite Lab and HTML development. I also developed technical documentation and standardized curricula to optimize learning paths and improve productivity for 125+ weekly users.

Outside the classroom, I coordinated after-school workflows and acted as a liaison for service requests, using service management thinking and escalation for critical infrastructure issues. With CompTIA A+ and Network+ plus ITIL Foundation and Linux Essentials, I’m ready to expand my technical experience and transfer my skills from my educational experience.
