At Regeneron Pharmaceuticals (via Insight Global), I managed six U.S. and international capital projects and supported an 11-country portfolio. I developed a preliminary fit-out budget of approximately $45M for a planned 120K-SF office and advanced the preferred site through letter-of-intent.
I maintained project budgets and cash-flow forecasts in Excel and Primavera Unifier; projects I directly managed and completed finished 5%–20% below approved capital budgets, releasing approximately $6M in unused capital. I also reviewed and negotiated contractor change orders and secured an engineer-validated air-handling redesign that avoided approximately €600K in costs.
At Tesla, I managed a 13-project portfolio for employee-support construction at Gigafactory Texas. I implemented a material-reuse alternative that delivered approximately $7M in approved savings, and coordinated construction in an active factory through commissioning and handover.
