I'm looking for opportunities to lead project controls, cost forecasting, procurement, and field coordination on complex construction projects while continuing to grow in project delivery and leadership.

I've supported structural steel, multifamily, and infrastructure construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating budgets, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and stakeholder communication.

At RMS Companies, I administered project controls for a $445M multifamily development, reconciled costs and forecasted expenditures, and helped protect 80% of key milestones through Primavera P6 schedule tracking. I also advanced more than 350 units through inspection, punch, and turnover coordination.

At NYSFAB and Visakhapatnam Port Authority, I've coordinated fabrication and field delivery, QA/QC, safety, constructability reviews, and resource planning. My design optimization work reduced steel consumption by 10% while improving material utilization.
