What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead project controls, cost, schedule, and delivery work for complex infrastructure, construction, modular power, or EV charging projects while improving reporting and operational workflows.

I'm supporting Modular Power Solutions' hyperscale data center electrical infrastructure projects, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, vendors, logistics, and field teams. I manage a rigging schedule covering approximately $5M in contracted scope and maintain Cost at Completion forecasts in Oracle Fusion.

Previously at MD7, I managed project controls and financial tracking across 50–70 active construction and EV infrastructure projects. I coordinated pre-construction activities, budgets, schedules, purchase orders, contractor work, utility applications, technical submittals, and closeout documentation.

I build practical Excel and Power BI tools that improve project visibility, reduce manual work, and support faster decisions. My experience also includes AI-assisted reporting and documentation, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, CxAlloy, GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, and LLM API configuration.
