I am a PMP-certified project and business operations leader with 20+ years in the life sciences. I drive operational excellence across biotech, gene/cell therapy, and pharmaceutical programs.

I contributed to the commercial launch of one of the first gene therapy products approved in the US, supporting manufacturing, facilities, contract manufacturing, and regulatory activities. I also led Consent Decree initiatives that resolved over 50 compliance audit observations without impacting project schedules.

I led procurement SAP upgrade efforts across four business units, covering 150+ suppliers and 25K+ materials, and realized over $150MM in cost savings through sourcing initiatives. I have implemented KPI dashboards, MRP and materials strategies, and operational processes that support commercial and clinical manufacturing.
