What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Project Management role in life sciences where I can lead cross-functional teams, protect budget and schedule through strong project controls, and help deliver GMP and R&D outcomes that meet stakeholder expectations and strategic goals.

I am a result-oriented Project Manager with 8 years of hands-on experience in the life science and biotech industry, focused on ensuring each project aligns with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations. I’ve sharpened social intelligence and critical thinking through ten years of experience in cross-cultural business environments.

In my current role, I manage high-impact, cross-functional teams across the project lifecycle, decompose scope during kickoff calls, and deliver fast-paced work under budget and within schedule through proactive resource allocation and real-time project controls analysis. I previously led GMP and Research & Development projects, managed multimillion-dollar timelines and budgets across Process Development through QC, and helped increase efficiency by developing a company-wide procurement platform for equipment acquisition planning.
