I build risk models, mitigation plans, and tracking systems that strengthen forecasting, budgeting, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication.

At Lucid, I implemented cost control and forecasting processes that contributed to a 25% reduction in project costs. I also facilitated cross-functional risk workshops that increased early risk identification by 20% while supporting scheduling and project planning for on-time delivery.

Previously, I developed detailed estimates, cost models, budgets, and bid analyses for large-scale construction projects at Mortenson and Nystrom Building Products.
