What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue owning AP/AR, reconciliation, and commission receivables using Sage Intacct and Excel, partnering across teams to keep billing accurate and month-end close activities on track.

I’m an Accounting Coordinator who supports regional industrial distribution accounting operations across multiple states. I manage accounts payable and accounts receivable end-to-end—handling invoice processing, vendor payments, payment application, outstanding balances, and account reconciliation.

I also process and reconcile manufacturer commission receivables to ensure accurate tracking and timely verification. I use Sage Intacct and Microsoft Excel for daily check deposits and financial recordkeeping, while partnering with sales, customer service, and operations to resolve billing discrepancies and strengthen processes, and I’ve trained and onboarded new employees on AP/AR workflows and accounting systems.
