What I'm looking for

I seek senior roles where I can lead projects, strengthen governance and build capacity through training in a collaborative, public-service focused environment.

I am a seasoned public service professional with 26 years' experience in education, municipal administration and provincial training and development, holding an MBA and an Advanced Certificate in Project Management. I have led multi-stakeholder projects, developed provincial training materials and policies, and managed flagship programs such as management development and induction for senior managers.

My career includes senior roles in the Northern Cape Education Department, the Office of the Premier and Sol Plaatje Municipality where I acted as Executive Director: Corporate Services and Project Management General Manager. I bring strengths in project management, governance, HR strategy, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder liaison, with a track record of designing and implementing training, policy proformas and large-scale capacity-building initiatives.
