I am seeking a customer-focused technical support role where I can solve user issues, influence product improvements, and grow within a collaborative team.

I am a technical support specialist with hands-on experience supporting estate agency software, CRM platforms, and portal integrations. I pride myself on delivering first-class, professional, and responsive first-line support while maintaining service management policies and SLAs.

At Yourkeys and Zoopla I own user issues, investigate incidents, and partner with sales, account, product, and development teams to influence product improvements. I support multiple teams and platforms, working to minimise recurring incidents and improve customer engagement.

Previously at Homeflow I configured websites and templates, managed content and staff profiles, created inbound/outbound feeds, and handled technical enquiries to troubleshoot web-based applications. I maintained customer satisfaction through detailed documentation, tracking, and timely resolution of problems.

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology and practical skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher) and graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and GIMP. I am organized, a strong communicator, and adept at working independently or within teams.
