I'm looking for a role where I can support e-commerce or retail operations, product merchandising, customer purchase decisions, content review, and accurate product information workflows.

I've managed retail operations and sales teams across consumer products, telecommunications services, salon products, electronics, and accessories.

At Hybebest Ventures, I supervised 10 sales agents selling routers, WiFi devices, SIM-related products, and telecommunications services. I trained agents in customer relationship management, sales ethics, communication, product presentation, and customer-focused recommendations.
