I’m looking for a role where I can own sales, distribution, and GTM execution for FMCG brands—leading teams, driving primary/secondary targets, and building profitable growth through visibility, strong distributor relationships, and structured reporting.

I’m a sales leader with 20+ years of practical experience in strategic planning, sales & marketing, business development, and channel & distribution management in FMCG organizations. I’m an out-of-the-box thinker who understands product dynamics and stays focused on top-line targets (volume and revenue) with profitability in mind.

In my current role as Senior Sales Officer at SUNDROP BRANDS LTD, I manage primary and secondary sales, new product launches, and new market setup. I build GTM and sales/distribution/marketing strategies, deliver coverage and penetration, and lead execution of visibility norms across retailers and wholesalers while managing inventories, FIFO, and stock availability.

Previously, I led distributor teams at FERRERO INDIA PVT LTD and managed trade execution, route planning, DB claims, and retail audits as an Area Sales Manager at D S GROUP. I’ve also run an entrepreneurial venture building channel-partner networks for market penetration, and I train teams in sales fundamentals, marketing, and team management—always with an emphasis on building brands through distribution and visibility.
