I build learning outcomes through practical Project Management and Team Lead leadership, bringing structure to teacher enablement, mobilization, and program delivery. Since Dec-2015, I’ve worked on teachers’ professional development, supporting educators through multiple training mediums.

At Azim Premji Foundation for Development Fellows, I work with school teachers and functionaries, prepare teacher training modules, organize teacher events, and motivate good practices in schools. I also bring field learning to workshops, including a 15-day “Perspective of Education” workshop in Jaipur and a 5-day “Gender sensitivity” workshop.

Previously, as a Programme Officer at Tata Institute of Social Science, I supported NUSSD (Skill Development) in remote areas—mobilizing students, conducting Training of Trainers, handling MIS and data maintenance, and managing general administration and reporting. I began my career as a School Teacher with the Govt School Education Department, delivering classes (Class 1 to 5), conducting carrier counseling, coordinating with DIET, and supporting state board examination and office management.
