I’m seeking a challenging education-sector role where I can leverage my program management, curriculum/instructional design, and data-driven school improvement experience to create sustainable impact for children, schools, and communities.

I’m a results-driven education professional with extensive experience in teacher training, curriculum development, instructional design, and school improvement. I lead large-scale educational initiatives that combine evidence-based strategies with strong stakeholder engagement to deliver measurable learning and governance outcomes.

As Program Manager at ASPIRE, I managed the Education Signature Program across 11 blocks in Keonjhar, Odisha—impacting 266,662 children, 2,373 schools, and 2,725 Anganwadi centers. I coordinated with government teachers, Anganwadi workers, School Management Committees, and Mothers & Monitoring Committees, and I designed ECCE pre-primary lesson plans adapted to state-specific thematic content.

Before that, I worked with NIEPA on the school assessment program Shaala Siddhi under the Ministry of Education to drive data-driven school practices across all states and Union Territories. I contributed to evidence-based school improvement guidelines, developed analytical reports, and supported research activities—including work tied to UNESCO’s study on frontier technologies in teaching and learning.
