I've led education, early childhood, and social protection programs with Indus Action, Azim Premji Foundation, and AyurGyan Nyas. At Indus Action, I collaborated with UPBoCW officials to improve construction-worker welfare processes, led tender creation for a new portal, and strengthened public service delivery through labor camps across Uttar Pradesh.
I've built teacher capacity across 100+ schools, coordinated a five-organization consortium, and organized workshops for 40+ Anganwadi Centres. My work brings together policy implementation, SEL curriculum and content development, data-driven interventions, community mobilization, and close collaboration with government functionaries.
