Pallavi Rai

I’m a “thoughtful, empathetic education professional” committed to strengthening public education systems through programme implementation, teacher capacity building, and stakeholder engagement. I work across PM SHRI government schools with district administration, school leaders, and communities to improve learning outcomes and support NEP 2020-aligned initiatives.

As a Gandhi Fellow with the School of Education & System Change (SOESC), Piramal Foundation, I’ve supported 19+ PM SHRI schools by improving teaching-learning practices, facilitating 10+ teacher workshops, and conducting 10+ orientation sessions for Pre-Matric Scholarship with DWO & SC/ST Dept. I also helped students & families with scholarship enrolment and documentation.

I coordinate with DEO, DIET, BEOs, school leaders, and community members to deliver programmes effectively. I analyse learning data to identify gaps and inform improvement planning, then present findings & recommendations at district review meetings.

I bring a steady, reflective approach—“with curiosity, reflection, and patience at the core”—to support initiatives such as Future Ready Skills, Physical Literacy, SEE Learning, Assessment Reform, and LEAD. I also contribute to instructional resources and prepare reports for programme monitoring and reviews, backed by 20+ community touchpoints.
