I work extensively with Microsoft Purview for governance and compliance, and use Microsoft Defender technologies for endpoint and cloud security. I also troubleshoot Azure AD sync and mail flow issues.
At LTIMINDTREE INDIA PVT. LTD., I supported Exchange environments and handled disaster recovery, DAG health monitoring, and database recovery. I also performed an Exchange 2010-to-2013 migration and managed Hybrid configurations.
Earlier, I supported Exchange, Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows Server environments at CONNECTWISE, CAPGEMINI TECHNOLOGIES, and WIPRO (Client: Microsoft). My work included migrations, recovery, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
