I’m a Product Manager focused on launching and scaling fintech experiences—especially around UPI and bill payments—by combining strong product fundamentals with hands-on execution. I’ve led BBPS and UPI initiatives from integration through compliance, UX, and stabilization, partnering with design and multiple stakeholders to ship measurable outcomes.
At Fatakpay, I launched the BBPS product with Setu (by Pine Labs) by integrating 15+ APIs and 30+ categories as a rewards & cross-sell channel. I secured TPAP approval from NPCI and owned end-to-end application work, vendor negotiations, and compliance coordination, while shaping Help & Support UX to drive deflection of 20K calls per day to digital and async channels.
Before that, at Coforge’s CEO’s Office, I built a GenAI-powered chatbot for PreSales RFP workflows, cutting redundant research by 40% and enabling slide reuse. Earlier at Telstra, I shipped customer-facing capabilities by translating PRDs into technical specs and improving deployment stability with Cypress automation—bringing an engineering mindset into product delivery.
